4-day Introductory Course

A great way to start yoga! This 4-day course will introduce and immerse the student in the basic yoga postures and how to practice them in the systematic manner outlined by world-renowned yoga master and teacher B.K.S. Iyengar. If you’ve never done yoga before, or if you want to refresh, rejuvenate, and deepen your knowledge and practice, this course, taught by the highly trained and professional teachers of the B.K.S. Iyengar Yoga Center of Las Vegas, is the best place to begin. Students will experience first-hand how the postures build strength, stamina, flexibility and alignment. Techniques for stress relief and relaxation will also be taught. Please contact the Center at 702-222-YOGA (9642) for further information and to reserve your space in the course.
